God is not unaware of what’s happening in the world. Keep praying and trusting that he is in control and he has a good plan. He sent his son Jesus to save us from death and judgment and to give us abundant life without fear. Don’t focus too much on the news and avoid too much social media . Fear is very contagious. Please do not share unverified information that increases fear. Take care of yourself and your loved ones and anyone else you have the opportunity to help. Faith is the answer to the crisis , not fear . Pray and ask the Lord to help you discern what is true and what isn’t . Respond with love in all situations. Smile! Find something to laugh at.
