Delicious Honey Soy Skillet Salmon Recipe

Skillet Honey, Soy, Garlic Salmon

Quick, easy, healthy salmon


Ingredients

*2 Tblspn honey

*3 Tblspn soy sauce or Braggs Aminos

*Fresh minced garlic or garlic salt to taste

*1 pound Fresh salmon, skinless


Directions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup with a fork until blended.
  2. 2.Heat non-stick skillet to medium-high. Spray pan or use a little oil to prevent sticking.

    3.Add salmon to pan and cook on one side for about 5 minutes or so, but don’t burn it.

    4.Flip salmon and cook until almost done. Reduce heat to medium. Fish is done when it is flaky and firm.

    5.Add sauce. Coat both sides and cook about one minute.

    6.Serve with rice and vegetables or chopped up and put in tacos.

This is one of our favorite ways to enjoy salmon . I like that it cooks so quickly and I usually have the ingredients on hand. Salmon is pretty expensive right now, but it’s cheaper than eating at a restaurant.
