My husband and I left our cares behind and journeyed to the Texas Hill Country/Wine Country this weekend. The weather was glorious! Two of our sons also made the trip and participated in the minibike races. We all had a great time and I highly recommend this rally. This trip was a real blessing.
Here is the rally website for more information. And here is some information about the popular tourist town of Fredericksburg. I bet you didn’t know that “The Texas Hill Country is home to over 100 wineries and vineyards and Fredericksburg is the epicenter of Texas Wine Country.” This scenic, hilly part of Texas is also known for Spring wildflowers and lots of parks and lakes. Due to it’s popularity in the Spring and Fall, be sure to make reservations early if you plan to visit.
