After much thought I have decided to change the name of my podcast which means I am starting fresh on Anchor. Blue Skies and Green Pastures is a name I picked for my blog a long time ago. I don’t think it accurately represents what my blog or my podcast is about. I may also change the name of my blog, but I haven’t gotten that far. Actually, my blog was originally called Eat the Sky, a very esoteric name that didn’t help people find me!

I hope you’ll give my podcast a listen if you have time. It’s along the same lines as my more recent episodes, a Christian perspective on politics, economics, and current events. I wanted to narrow my focus a bit from just talking about miscellaneous subjects.

The subject of the first episode is Voting with your Data and Dollar. According to Statista, global marketing data market was worth an estimated at $52 billion in 2021. Let’s be more thoughtful about the data that we are giving away and try to use it for good, and to love our neighbor.

I’m not sure if I will continue making new episodes on the first podcast. Since podcasting is a completely unfunded hobby of mine, I think one is probably enough for now.
