Shared post: Loving Grace flips you upside right

Sharing this beautifully written post from Cookie . I have experienced this peaceful switch from fear of not doing enough for God to trusting Him and his love, grace, and power to save me, from judging others to seeing them as Satan’s victims, from frustration to peace. Grace is the key .

Suffering, failure, loneliness, sorrow, discouragement, and death will be part of your journey, but the Kingdom of God will conquer all these horrors…

Loving Grace flips you upside right

  1. Soooo important to keep this perspective that the deceived ARE the deceived. “In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:4
So they need our prayers, not my anger. Amen!

  2. However, I believe Brennan Mannin is in error about “No evil can resist grace forever” (quoted in the referenced blog).
The grace of God is so enormous, He would even forgive Satan . . . if he asked. But he in entombed in his determination to “be like the Most High” and the only solution is to isolate him from the rest of creation so he cannot go on injuring. The same holds true for those who determine to follow him; they will continue to be evil, not needing our judgment, but our prayers if any of them might possibly be saved before it is too late.
Thus Revelation 22:11 says, “Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.”
SOME will resist His grace forever.

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
