Blue Skies and Puffy White Clouds

I am so blessed!

Today the weather was perfect after the morning mugginess burned off. I love March in Texas! If you have never visited Texas, March, April and May are the best months to come if you want mild weather. Late Fall is nice, too, but sometimes we get a lot of rain, a whole lot. The wildflowers will be in full bloom in just a few weeks and are already popping up. Not that I am trying to make my Northern friends feel bad. I will be singing the weather blues soon enough! I used to love Summer, but I can’t take the heat anymore. Come visit sometime!

  1. It looks similar to where I live in Nottinghamshire, England, with the greenery and trees. I always had this image of Texas being desert. I suppose it through watching too many spaghetti westerns.

    • Hi! Actually there are places like that in Texas, but our state is the size of a country, so we have multiple types of terrain, including Pine Forests, the Gulf Coast, and Desert Mountains. And the major cities are mostly in areas with plenty of water. Thanks for the comment!
