Like hearing the soothing voice of my mother
Like seeing the car of a teen arriving at night
Like feeling full after a long awaited meal
Like taking off a heavy backpack
With each passing mile through lush , green nature , alone with only the birds and deer
My mind sheds layers of heaviness
And light returns.

It was gorgeous!!!! I literally just got home from running out at our local state park. They reopened yesterday. I was surprised to be the only one there when I first arrived and only a few when I left.
