Like a stubborn mule you will not do

the thing that could help you,

and even save your silly life,

Just because you feel strife

when certain people give  advice ,

You’re not being  strong or wise.

Instead you’ll drop your eyes,

when you fail to win the prize. 

But God in his mercy and grace

sent Jesus to lift up your face. 

Don’t follow your foolish whim,

Confess your sins and follow Him. 

Then you will be truly free

From hidden chains that bind thee.
