Having trouble ? Tried everything multiple times? I did the same . After nearly three frustrating hours of messing with it, I finally looked on Amazon Forum where I got the idea to try one thing I hadn’t tried and it worked.
Many people buy the Echo specifically to use with the Blink so it’s pretty upsetting when you can’t connect them. You will actually set it up on the Blink and Alexa apps , not on the Echo . All of this connects to Amazon so have access to your account.

Basic steps
First you’ll need to purchase the Echo Show and the Blink camera .
1. Download Blink Home Monitor app. Plug in and Connect your Blink camera to WiFi using the app and connect to Amazon account and keep log in information handy . If you’ve already connected your camera to your phone , just make sure it’s on the same WiFi and Amazon account with the Echo.
2. If you just bought the Echo, you’ll need to set it up first. Download Alexa app. Plug in Echo, set up and connect to the same WiFi as Blink. Then set up your Alexa app account with your Echo. You need the app to connect the camera and manage connected devices .
3. In the Blink app , go to account settings , then accounts and privacy and scroll down and tap the option to set up Alexa live view . Then choose Open Alexa App. On the next screen you’ll be in Blink Smart Home , choose Launch. Alexa can only connect to Blink through Smart Home.

4. Here’s where mine went wrong. Make sure the Alexa app asks you for your Blink username and password to link the account. If it doesn’t , you need to log out of your Blink account and log in again. As long as your camera is on the same WiFi , it should discover it . It should appear in your list. Then you can go to the echo and say “Alexa, show me the (name of your camera).” Note: If she asks for a PIN number, you will find that setting in the Blink account settings.

I hope this works for you! I also tried turning the echo off and on and reinstalling the apps , but what worked was changing my Blink password and logging in again then going through these steps again . Good luck!!
