Radical Gender Theory

What is radical gender theory?

Radical gender theory is not a benign or fringe movement. Freedom itself and children’s mental health and future lives are being threatened by a very small minority of radicals that are being supported by the far left in Congress.

Some of the key tenets of radical gender theory include the following:

  • Gender is a social construct. This means that gender is not determined by biology, but rather by social and cultural factors.
  • There are more than two genders. This means that people do not have to identify as either male or female, and that there is a spectrum of gender identities.
  • Gender identity is fluid. This means that people’s gender identity can change over time.
  • Children should be free to express their gender identity without judgment. This means that children should not be pressured to conform to traditional gender roles, and that they should be allowed to explore their gender identity without fear of discrimination.

Proponents of radical gender theory argue that it is harmful to force children to conform to traditional gender roles, which they claim are social constructs with no biological basis, and that it is important to allow them to explore their gender identity . This is misleading, however. Rather than allowing children freedom to be who they are, they are actively pushing children into confusion by exposing them to developmentally inappropriate sexual ideas. These actions are part of the legal definition of child abuse.

In addition, radical gender theorists are not content to have the same freedom to live their lives as they please that the rest of us enjoy. Radicals always want to impose their own beliefs upon others. They want to change language, education, and the healthcare system. They want to force the rest of us to go along with their agenda by creating new laws and policies that will affect everyone.

Some of the policies that gender theorists support include:

  • Gender-neutral language. Gender theorists support the use of gender-neutral language, such as “they” as a singular pronoun.
  • Gender education. Gender theorists support teaching children that gender is fluid and non-biological.
  • Gender healthcare. Gender theorists want to force medical professionals to tailor healthcare to transgender and gender non-conforming agenda. They also want government and private insurance to cover hormone therapy, surgery, and other medical care related to gender.

Medicaid coverage of hormone therapy and surgery to alter biological sex characteristic expression varies by state and follows party lines with most Democrat states covering care. As of 2022, 34 states and the District of Columbia cover hormone therapy, 23 states and the District of Columbia cover surgery, and 20 states cover both.

There are many leftist politicians who are in support of gender theory. Here are a few examples:

  • Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a U.S. Representative from New York, has spoken out in support of gender theory and has introduced legislation to protect LGBTQ+ rights.
  • Bernie Sanders, a U.S. Senator from Vermont and a 2020 presidential candidate, has also spoken out in support of gender theory and has introduced legislation to expand access to gender-affirming healthcare.
  • Elizabeth Warren, a U.S. Senator from Massachusetts and a 2020 presidential candidate, has also spoken out in support of gender theory and has introduced legislation to protect LGBTQ+ workers from discrimination.
  • Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, has also spoken out in support of gender theory and has introduced legislation to protect LGBTQ+ people from discrimination.

Pew Research shows that the gender identity battle has become assimilated into public consciousness as inevitable and many people are simply allowing the radicals to do whatever they want. https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2022/06/28/americans-complex-views-on-gender-identity-and-transgender-issues/

Our children are in danger. The percentage of children and teens who label themselves as LGBTQ has jumped exponentially since the radical gender movement began. They are winning the battle for our children’s minds and lives through our legal system. We must fight back.

  1. Paula, what I find interesting is the number of people in the gay community who are starting to speak out against involving children in trans issues. They do not wish to be lumped together as one big group, (LGBTQWXYZ…) and some of them feel their movement has been hijacked by the trans crowd.

    • I find that interesting as well. I don’t think I put it in the article ,but I discovered that the original gay rights movement was started by transsexuals. They have always been the most vocal part of the “community”.
