I laughed . I smiled. I ate a salad. I felt pretty good. And best of all, I spent an hour running in the woods.

I took a lot of photos. I’ve taken many pictures here, Stephen F. Austin State Park over the years since I discovered the joy of trail running. I’m planning to compile them all so I can see the changes and never forget those happy hours. I truly love being among trees and seeing birds and animals and the river. And it’s so nice to see families and couples out walking together . Enjoy!
