In this article , so-called “climate polluters” , more accurately described as “countries that provide all the products that the world wants and needs”, are demonized for not giving free money to countries with corrupt governments who refuse to adopt democratic governments and continue to deprive their citizens of their rights and freedoms.

Various elites want to reduce the population of the earth to a “sustainable level” of 2,000,000,00, eliminating 3/4 of the current “over population”. It is amazing to me how often ANY news report will drag in climate hysteria to justify just about anything, from hail to tornadoes to hurricanes, as if everything BAD that happens is the result, or at least amplified, because of climate change. But the selectivity of the alarmists’ data is revealing.
Check out The CO2 Coalition that uses realistic data from hundreds of years to show that a cooler earth is bad for humans; warmer is better. And that CO2 is plant food. If we lower CO2 the way the alarmists want, most of our valuable food crops will not survive.

Excellent piece! The reuters article seems biased for sure… but then I’m not surprised at reuters 😉 And yes it very conveniently misses out all the actual practicalities that would be involved in giving countries money to tackle climate change (and also all the ways western governments already give money to the developing world). Honestly it feels like this was one of the most lazy “western countries bad” articles in a while.
I also agree that the real goal is to reduce the population- that’s why they call themselves extinction rebellion 😉 (actually, all jokes aside, that group is very anti-human). I’m very sceptical of climate change movements 1) because they all seem to be thinly veiled Marxist organisations 2) because, at least in my country, they are self-perpetuating- they lobby the government to raise taxes, which are then given to environmental groups, which is then used to pay protesters and create protest movements- at this point it’s just a massive industry and has very little to do with environmentalism 3) if they genuinely cared about the environment they would put forward actually green initiatives- but none of these people seem remotely concerned with planting trees, preserving wildlife and cleaning up nature. And yeah, climate activists never want to give up anything themselves.
